CARR’s new single is so “Hardcore!”

Date:

Alt-pop hitmaker CARR stuns fans with her newest hit, “Hardcore!” The singer actively turns self-doubt into a gratifying shoutout for those who are a part of the “emotional unfiltered club.”

Exciting news comes as “Hardcore!” is the first evidence of a new album, expected to arrive early 2026. CARR showcases her talents as she’s earned praises all across social media platforms, even being able to perform on the same stages as Fall Out Boy, Bring Me The Horizon, Hot Mulligan, and Jimmy Eat World.

Sharing more about the song, CARR says:

“‘Hardcore!’ is about someone I was seeing who just wasn’t giving me enough. I crave relationships that are fast, messy, and all-consuming — and with him, I started to wonder if maybe I was just too much.”

This is very relatable feeling in today’s world: feeling as though you may be “too much” for a person. “Hardcore!” burns bright — in it, CARR proves, not only to herself but also to others, that her love and personality are fierce, creative, authentic, unique, and unmistakably herself, impossible to ignore. Not only is this a testament to her strength and confidence, but it’s a reminder to listeners as well to never dull their spark.
