Too Close For Comfort puts out new pop punk track “Leverage”

Date:

Genre-defying, Too Close For Comfort puts out a new song from their upcoming album. “Leverage” is their signature combination of pop punk, emo, and post-hardcore.

Following their first LP in 2022, Too Close For Comfort aims to show that while emo and pop punk music may have been born out of a youthful rebellion, their music continues the emo sound in a more mature direction. This song is a prime example, with the heavy guitar and drums and overlapping vocals that emphasize the darker lyrics.

“Leverage” was released yesterday, and the band’s sophomore record I’m Not Alone Anymore containing 14 new songs is set to premiere soon. Too Close For Comfort will be touring in August 2024, with an onslaught of new music videos on the way as well.
