Hozier to release second EP of the year ‘Unaired’ on Aug. 16

Date:

Irish singer-songwriter and musician Hozier officially announced the new EP, Unaired, is out next Friday, Aug. 16.

The announcement comes after the release of his third studio album, Unreal Unearth (2023), as well as his previous EPs Eat Your Young (2023) and Unheard (2024), which included potential Song of the Summer contender, “Too Sweet.”

The “Take Me To Church” singer announced his second EP of the year, Unaired, will consist of outtakes from Eat Your Young, and that the reason for this was conceptual or sequencing reasons rather than coming up short in quality.

While details of the forthcoming EP’s tracklist remain unknown, three songs that may make the record are: “Nobody’s Soldier,” “July” and “That You Are.”

Hozier is currently on his North American Unreal Unearth Tour, which is largely sold out following a successful tour last year, with support from Allison Russell and Joy Oladokun.

Presave Unaired the EP now.
