The rumors are true! Ohio alt-rock duo twenty one pilots officially announced the “More Than We Ever Imagined” concert film, premiering in February 2026.
The film will showcase their massive Mexico City headline performance, which took place during The Clancy World Tour. Performing in front of 65,000 fans at Estadio GNP Seguros, the band shares, “We have never captured a show quite like this.”
“More Than We Ever Imagined” will bring fans into twenty one pilots’ pre-show moments, behind-the-scenes, high-energy moments, and also showcase exclusive commentary from Tyler and Josh.
“The result is a thrilling, emotional celebration of music, community, and achievement – an unforgettable portrait of Twenty One Pilots, performing a show that will echo through their legacy,” shares the official film website.
The concert film will be available in IMAX and cinemas around the world on Thursday, Feb. 26, with limited IMAX previews on Feb. 25.
At the helm of this project is video producer, director, and founder of Reel Bear Media, Mark C. Eshleman, who shared on social media this morning,
“The absolutely wild dynamics of the Clancy videos is not lost on me but I cannot believe it has lead to a worldwide cinema release. We shot the bulk of the Clancy music videos on gear in my closet and now, Mexico City will be presented in 1.85 along with exclusive 1.43:1 and 1.90:1 aspect ratios for @IMAX. Excited to share the trailer soon.”

While the “Heathens” band is taking an indefinite hiatus from touring, twenty one pilots is set to headline festivals worldwide all summer long, including their highly anticipated EAST IS UP performance at All Points East on August 30.
