Claire Brooks delivers explosive alt-rock track “MORTAL HIDE”

Date:

LA native Claire Brooks has released “MORTAL HIDE” as the first single off her upcoming project. The explosive alt-rock record marks a sonic shift in her discography with its guitar-heavy production and experimental vocal effects perfectly suited for Halloween.

In a TikTok post, Brooks opened up about the importance of the song to her:

“I’ve been lost for a long time, and this song is where the search for the cure begins. I still don’t know what I’ve found, but it’s something beautiful and strange and aching and alive.”

Aside from being a musician, Brooks is a graduate of Stanford University with a degree in mechanical engineering. Since debuting in 2022 with the single “Body Language,” the multi-faceted artist has released 3 EPs and amassed millions of streams on Spotify alone.
