Leicester-based independent pop-rock artist Chloe Ann was tapped as BBC Introducing’s one to watch for this year and she’s certainly been making waves. She’s released a ton of new music lately, the latest single being “Trophy Girlfriend”, out now.

This anthemic, guitar-driven new track sees Chloe Ann confront a toxic and narcissistic potential lover who’s been trying to win her over, telling them that “you’re never gonna make me one of your trophy girlfriends”. This catchy single is powerful and fun at the same time, addressing a difficult relationship with confidence and ease. You can listen here.

Chloe Ann has some exciting projects coming up, so be sure to keep an eye out. Until then, catch her supporting singer-songwriter Cassa Jackson at The Grace London on August 31st. You can get tickets here.
