Wodan Boys embrace high energy, loudmouth rock music in “Karaoke Rockstar”

Date:

Heavy-hitting post-punk rock band Wodan Boys released “Karaoke Rockstar,” the third single from their upcoming EP, on Sept. 27. The Dutch four-piece crew is on the road to 10,000 monthly Spotify listeners, and has top hits “Bells,” “Thunder Glove,” and “Fun Fact.”

Wodan Boys are creating a unique sound in their corner of the music industry. About their artistic concept, they said:

“Let’s be honest. You don’t need another list of bands we all like nor a bunch of metaphors that make us look cool. High energy loudmouth rock music, that’s basically what it’s about. Balancing on a thin line between chaotic violent guitars and cheeky melodic hooks.”

“Karaoke Rockstar” is a heavy-hitting uptempo track about thinking you are more than you actually are, according to the band. The group just announced their first headlining show as they work their way toward the release of their debut album, set to release March 21, 2025.
