The Kid LAROI and Lil Yachty have teamed up for a new single called “Hatred”, which is featured on LAROI’s latest album, The First Time (Deluxe Version). The song is written and produced by LAROI, Lil Yachty, Billy Walsh, WessGoneMad, MitchGoneMad, and Snubnose Frankenstein.
The song sets a somber tone, as the lyrics address internal conflict and personal relationships, specifically exes. It explores themes of self reflection and questioning the status of one’s love life: “This might cause an argument after I say this / But last night, I called my ex when I was faded / And maybe I’m bein’ too truthful right now / Because every time that you play this / It’s gon’ fill your heart up with hatred.”
