Elvira Alfaro shares heartfelt new single “fall apart”

Date:

Swedish singer-songwriter Elvira Alfaro has shared her new single “fall apart”, a piano-driven ballad about being vulnerable and opening up in your most fragile moments.

Opening with gentle piano and vocals, the track builds through layers of live strings and harmonies, creating a sound full of emotion. Alfaro doesn’t hide from her song title. True to its name, “fall apart” sees Alfaro drop her guard, proving that falling apart is the bravest thing you can do.

Explaining that this track comes from a very personal place, Alfaro shares that this song is her way of breaking through her challenges:

I’ve always found it hard to cry in front of others. This song is about challenging that instinct to hide — and offering someone a safe place to fall apart.”

She sings “You look so pretty when you ugly-cry / Let it out and let me in,” not only allowing herself to be seen as she falls apart, but inviting listeners to do the same.
