dying in designer Drops Emotional New Single “Drown Me”

Date:

From emo artist dying in designer comes another powerful heartbreak anthem. “Drown Me”, released on July 2nd, tells the story of someone going through a particularly painful breakup where they feel like their own emotions are slowly “drowning” them. Part of what weighs the narrator of the song down is an inescapable feeling that they have wasted their time on the other person, as the song repeats the lyrics “wasted my time on you”.

Overlapping instrumentals create an atmosphere of confusion and isolation, carrying on the theme and adding even more weight to the lyrics of the song. Heavy beat drops combine with striking guitar and bass to create a true pop punk fusion in the hit single “Drown Me”. You can listen to the track below.
