Christine and the Queens shares music video for his latest single “Tears can be so soft”

Christine and the Queens has shared a third single from his upcoming album PARANOÏA, ANGELS, TRUE LOVE . “Tears can be so soft” follows “True love (feat. 070 shake)” and “To be honest” in the record’s campaign. PARANOÏA, ANGELS, TRUE LOVE was co-produced by Mike Dean, who has worked with massive global artists including Lana Del Rey, Beyonce, and Madonna. the album will be released next month on June 9th.

“Tears can be so soft” is accompanied by a music video in which Chris moves through back warehouse streets of Los Angeles, dancing and gesturing through a wide range of feelings. He is known for performing with intense physicality and emotion. Chris’ voice glides across a smooth hypnotic beat. In the lyrics, he grieves the loss of his mother and other relationships, but finds solace in tears. The chorus repeats “Tears can be so good for those who dive in them.” Chris describes the song as “interplay between the suffering that motivates tears and the gentle healing effect they can have.”

Christine and the Queens also has an exciting lineup of upcoming tour dates. He will be touring across various music festivals this summer followed by a string of European shows in the fall.
