In a brief interview with actor and KROQ host Kevin Ryder, Lee talked about touring with heavy metal band Metallica and hinted at the new record fans are ecstatic to hear. “Next year, yeah let’s say that. A few more lyrics to write but it’s going really well; I’m really excited about it.”

After announcing the anticipatory news, Ryder and Lee further conversated about Lee’s current whereabouts. From her move from NYC to Nashville before the pandemic, she explained how great it is to be near family again. Upon further reflection, she mentioned how Brooklyn will always be her second home.
