Punk rock outfit Garden Station has just released “Everybody Has to Go Home”, the first single off their upcoming album, A Little Less Sweet, coming up next January.

“Everybody Has To Go Home” is a high energy track, with the right balance of punk, garage rock and indie. With a fast paced yet steady beat, the sound evokes a sense of fun and camaraderie, inviting the listener to jump on their feet and dance right away. The song stays stuck in your head within seconds, with its many catchy hooks that keep us coming back for more.

The seemingly carefree energy in the music sits in contrast with the song itself, where Garden Station explores the experiences that start to take place in your twenties, as you search for your own identity and place in the world. The lyrics bring a sort of “routine” to the forefront, a never ending quest for what comes next. “Everybody Has To Go Home” is a last call party anthem, with a heavy dose of self awareness.
