Stacey Ryan celebrates EP release in NYC

Date:

The queen of “Jazz-Tok” Stacey Ryan took NYC’s Irving Plaza stage on Friday evening to celebrate the release of her debut EP I Don’t Know What Love Is. Currently on a massive 30-date tour with Jake Wesley Rogers; the Canadian singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist treated fans new and old to each track in celebration.

Released earlier that same day, the EP I Don’t Know What Love Is has been a year in the making and is just the start for Stacey’s career.

Stacey’s setlist began with previously released singles “Fall In Love Alone” and “Deep End” which feature on the EP, followed by new R&B inspired track “Bad For Me.”

Joined on stage with her friend Jacob on guitar, Stacey’s songs were raw and broken down, full of emotion radiating throughout the venue.

Her set continued with the song that put her on the map thanks to TikTok titled “Don’t Text Me When You’re Drunk,” followed by new tracks “The Idea” and “Somebody Good.”
